The Blue Sky Band is a five piece band that plays a diversity of music including Blues, Country and Classic Rock. That’s why we call it Americana music – the best styles of music that our great American culture has to offer. The band has been playing in the South County area for over 5 years and has become local favorites at many of the area wineries and summer festivals. The melodic blend of two guitars, harmonica and a tight hard driving rhythm section gives the band a unique quality to deliver favorites from a wide variety of classic rockers like Credence Clearwater Revival, Marshall Tucker Band, and Allman Brothers Band. Traditional Chicago blues tunes from Muddy Waters to Paul Butterfield as well as contemporary country music from artist like Dwight Yoakam and Zak Brown Band are also part of the bands repertoire. The band plays music the way you like it for your dancing pleasure.
